Hi there, I’m Florence

I’m a Belgian, Laguna-Beach based certified Health Coach and self-proclaimed healthy chef. I specialize in gut health and provide personalized one-on-one programs that fit in with busy lifestyles, personal goals and preferences. Additionally, I take pleasure in collaborating with doctors to assist their patients in implementing recommended diets. One of my greatest joys is being in the kitchen, creating recipes that are both delicious and promoting balance. I have a unique perspective on how to blend nutrition science with delicious flavors, making it easy to stick to healthy habits in everyday life. In creating The Well Ritual I aim to provide you with support, education and motivation you need to feel your best.
